This artfully crafted evening was created to foster community connection and culinary enjoyment. While there are twelve seats at the Heat & Time table, only two tickets are allotted to a single group leaving plenty of room for new connections to be made. Your evening will include a cocktail hour with two glasses of wine, followed by a four course meal.

The thought started ten years ago when I was living in Buenos Aires, Argentina, running a little restaurant out of an apartment. The Argentines love their beef, and make some of the most incredible steaks in the world, but the preparations are almost exclusively simply fire, and cow. Coming from traditions of rubs, marinades, sauces, and glazes, it was both revolutionary, and confusing, to witness such amazing dishes being crafted with so few ingredients or additional flavors. So came the thought, and the thought was this, what is truly required to make not only truly memorable food, but more importantly, meaningful connection and lasting experiences? The thought gave birth to the idea, do as the Argentines’ do, keep what’s essential, throw away the rest.
You do not need the extra ingredients to make two or more things bind and form genuine connection. To make something great, in the kitchen, or in life, the only two things you really need are the proper application, of Heat & Time.
